Abstract:
Taking Hericium erinaceus ‘Heiwei 9910’ as the test material,the hemp stalk and sawdust were used as main cultivation material to study the effects of different substrate formulas on the mycelial growth,growth period,fruit body agronomic traits,yield and nutritional quality of H.erinaceus,in order to provide reference for the feasibility and safety of using hemp stalks as a new type of cultivation substrate to replace sawdust in the cultivation of H.erinaceus.The results showed that the replacement of sawdust with hemp stalk could promote the growth of H.erinaceus mycelium and shorten the fruiting time and maturity time.When the amount of hemp straw added reached 40%,the size of fruit body was moderate,the flesh was firm,the deformity rate was the lowest,the yield and biological efficiency were the highest compared with the control.When hemp stalk was completely added to replace sawdust,the protein content of the fruit body was significantly increased,meanwhile the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) components not were detected in the fruit body.
