Abstract:
The five-year-old ‘Sunshine Rose’ grape were used as the test material,different hormones such as gibberene (GA3) and clolecular (CPPU) combined with different plant growth stimulants were used,the effects of different concentration treatments on fruit quality of ‘Sunshine Rose’ were studied,in order to screen out suitable plant growth regulator combination formula for ‘Sunshine Rose’ grape.The results showed that the GA3 25 mg?L-1+CPPU 2.5 mg?L-1 treatment could significantly improve the fruit fragrance;GA3 25 mg?L-1+CPPU 5.0 mg?L-1 treatment could reach 90%,significantly improve the soluble solids and reduced sugar content of fruit,but at the same time also accompanied fruit hollow phenomena.GA3 25 mg?L-1+CPPU 5.0 mg?L-1+ chito-oligosaccharide 800 times had the best effect of denuclearization and lower hollow percentage.In conclusion,GA3 25 mg?L-1+ CPPU 5.0 mg?L-1+ chito-oligosaccharide 800 times had the best effect.
