Abstract:
As of 2021,the 18th CPC Central Committee has issued the first Document of the CPC Central Committee for the second time,focusing on agriculture,rural issues,building beautiful and livable villages and improving the rural living environment,which has long become one of the important topics and fundamental tasks for the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the research results were fruitful,but the lack of comprehensive understanding of regional rural construction in Heilongjiang Province.It was urgent to form a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of regional rural construction.The data of 155 UAV villages and ArcGIS platform to identify the typical administrative villages in Heilongjiang Province were collected,the distribution of Heilongjiang Province beautiful villages was studied,to explore the value and influence factors,and reflect the value and morphological characteristics of Heilongjiang Province.
