Abstract:
‘Shanmi 2009’ is a new Armillaria mellea cultivar bred by comparative study on the effects of sexual propagation and commercial cultivation on the yield of Gastrodia elata Blume from 18 Armillaria mellea collected in Qinba Mountain Area.Its mycelium grow vigorously，and the associated cultivated Gastrodia elata Blume produces high yield.The yield of associated cultivated Gastrodia elata Blume is higher than that of the control variety by 35.24% in the six spot regional comparison test of 2 years.In the production test，the yield of the companion cultivated Gastrodia elata Blume is 28.39% higher than that of the control variety，and that of sexual propagation is 29.18%.‘Shanmi 2009’ has strong adaptability and strong stress resistance，so it can be used as a companion fungus in Gastrodia elata Blume cultivation in Qinba Mountain Area.
