Abstract:
Taking ‘Yuyi Jinfen No.2’ tomato seeds as experimental material.Different proportions mixed rice chaff ash,wormcast and perlite were used to study its application effect in plug seedlings,in order to reduce the cost and improve the quality of factory tomato seedlings.The results showed that,with the T3 treatment ( rice chaff ash∶earthworm dung∶perlite = 4∶4∶2 ),the tomato seedlings stalk width,the plant dry weight,cholorophyll content,strong seedling index were the largest,root volume,root activity,soluble protein and soluble sugar content increased significantly,sucrose phosphoric acid synthase,sucrose synthase activity increased significantly.T3 treatment could well promote the growth of tomato seedlings,and could be used as the best matrix formula for tomato plug seedling.
