Abstract:
The diseased fruit of olecranon peach after harvest were used as experimental materials,in which the pathogenic bacteria were separated and purified.Predominant pathogens were screened by pathogenicity.Morphological observation,physiological and biochemical analyses,and molecular methods were performed to characterize predominant pathogens,in order to provide reference for indepth research on olecranon peach disease in the future.The results showed that 23 pathogens were isolated from the rotten olecranon peach,among which 11 were the predominant pathogen including Bacillus velezensis,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Gluconobacter japonicus,Lactococcus lactis,Aspergillus niger,Trichoderma harzianum,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,and Geotrichum candidum.Among them,Bacillus velezensis zk1 had the strongest pathogenic ability and more potential hosts.In this study,Bacillus velezensis was fisrt found to be the pathogen of peach.
