‘Qianla No.15’ is a new kind of three-line hybrid urban gardening colorful pepper bred by crossing cytoplasm male sterile line of 1997A as female parent and inbred line of 1-4-1C as male parent，which shows limited growth，conical fascicled fruits，bright-purple transferred into crimson during fruits maturing，high enjoyment.‘Qianla No.15’ is 41 cm in stem length，50 cm in frame，7.44 cm in fruit length，1.62 cm in fruit width，5.64 g in fruit average weight，over 1 200 kg per 667 m2 in yield，high adaptability in spring of Guizhou.
