Abstract:
Two wild strains JZ061 and JZ527 of Agrocybe collected from Yunnan Province were used as experimental materials,and the strains were isolated by the tissue isolation.Taxonomic study of the two strains were based on morphological and phylogenetical analyses,and their biological characteristics of mycelia were studied,in order to provide reference for the application of the wild Agrocybe source.The results showed that the strain JZ061 was confirmed to be Agrocybe aegerita,and the optimum carbon source was maltose,lactose and sucrose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast and soybean powder,the optimum pH was 6.0,and the optimum temperature range was 25-30 ℃基;the strain JZ527 was confirmed to be Agrocybe salicacola,and the optimum carbon source was maltose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast powder and soybean powder,and the optimum pH was 8.0-9.0.Suitable temperature range was 20-25 ℃.
