Abstract:
The total flavonoids were extracted from the seeds of Dodonaea viscosa,which were assisted with ultrasonic wave.Based on the single factor test,the ethanol concentration,liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and extraction times were used as the experimental factors.The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process,in order to provide theoretical reference for further development of Dodonaea viscosa resource.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were ethanol concentration 40%,liquid-material ratio 15∶1 mL?g-1,ultrasonic extraction 50 minutes,ultrasonic extraction 2 times.The total flavonoids extraction possed strong DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical scavenging activity,as well as had strong Fe3+ reducing ability.
