Abstract:
Two-year-old ‘Duke’ seedlings of Vaccinium corymbosum L.were used as test materials,using the CIRS-2 portable photosynthetic instrument to measure photosynthetic indicators and the LA2400 scanner to scan the root system,the effects of different cultivation medium on the growth and photosynthesis of bilberry were studied.In order to screen out the best substrate ratio in bilberry substrate cultivation.The results showed that sphagnum∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1,coconut coir∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1,moss∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1,under three substrates plant growth and development were better,photosynthesis was strong,among which sphagnum∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1 had the best matrix effect;straw∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1,pine needles∶peat∶perlite=2∶1∶1,the growth of plants under the substrate was poor.
