Abstract:
Dormant branches and the one-year-old stem segments of Actinidia argutawere taken as the test materials,a single factor test method was used to strictly sterilize the explants and buds of Actinidia arguta to ensure the survival rate of dormant buds and new shoots after cryopreservation.The results showed that the single-bud stem segment in the dormant period was sterilized by 0.1% HgCl2 for 30 minutes after peeling;the single-bud stem segment of the new shoot was sterilized by 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 minutes.
