Abstract:
‘Duke’ blueberry fruit was taken as test material,the effects of compound coating solution of chitosan,pomegranate peel extract (PPE) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) with different concentrations on blueberry fruit fresh-keeping were studied by orthogonal experiment with decay rate and weight loss rate as evaluation parameters.In order to open up a new idea and provid theoretical and technical support for postharvest storage of blueberry.The results showed that under the condition of (7±1)℃,the optimal formula of blueberry fruit chitosan composite coating agent was 1.5% chitosan,0.6% glycerol,0.5% PPE and 0.02% GABA.The compound coating solution could reduce the weight loss rate and decay rate of blueberry fruit,increased the contents of flavonoids,ascorbic acid and reduced glutathione,and the activities of glutathione reductase (GR) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO),reduced the contents of reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde (MDA),and achieved the purpose of fresh-keeping,and its comprehensive fresh-keeping effect was better than that of chitosan coating alone and PPE+GABA treatment.
