Abstract:
The 342 grape varieties leaves in the grape resources of Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of CAAS were used as experimental materials,9 metric traits (e.g.leaf width) and 8 non-metric traits (e.g. leaf shape) of the leaves of 342 grape varieties from Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of CAAS were investigated by using the method of combining metric and non-metric traits,in order to lay a foundation for the further establishment of leaf traits database of grape germplasm resources.The results showed that the leaf shape of the leaves of common grape varieties was mainly wedge-shaped and pentagonal;all nine metric traits had significant variability and the coefficient of variation related to length was more than 16.51%;principal component analysis showed that the measurement character related to length was the first principal component,the second principal component related to angle and the third principal component related to ratio,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 77.186%.
