Abstract:
Urban agriculture is one of the important forms in the process of agricultural development in China.Taking 11 prefecture-level cities such as Zhangjiakou city,Chengde city and Tangshan city in Hebei Province as the research objects,according to the basic connotation and development characteristics of urban agriculture,this study constructed the evaluation index system of urban agriculture development level in Hebei Province,and evaluated the development level of urban agriculture in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province by using the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that on the whole,since 2008,the development level of urban agriculture in Hebei Province had entered the development stage.In 2017,the comprehensive index of urban agriculture development level in Hebei Province was 0.799,which was in the later stage of urban agriculture development.In terms of different regions,Qinhuangdao city and Tangshan city were at a high level of development and had entered the early stage of development and mature stage,while other prefecture-level cities were in the middle and late stage of development,and the development level of urban agriculture among prefecture-level cities presents an unbalanced trend.In order to improve the development level of urban agriculture in Hebei Province,it should enhance the comprehensive benefits and competitiveness of agriculture and build a new modern urban agriculture format that integrates production,life and ecology deeply.
