Abstract:
Taking Tagetes erecta L. as test material,the effects of sludge extract on plant height,stem diameter,flower yield and diameter,biomass of Tagetes erecta L.were studied by pot experiments,in order to provide reference for sludge resource utilization.The results showed that the initial solution content of amino acid in sludge extract was 3.6%,and the total amount of trace elements was 66.46 mg?L-1.It was fully soluble,slightly alkaline,and the harmful elements As,Cd,and Pb did not exceed the content of the standard.Although the total amount of amino acids and trace elements were lower than the standards of amino acid-containing foliar fertilizers in China,it could meet the requirement of foliar fertilizer dilution in the market and could be used as amino acid foliar fertilizer after dilution.The sludge extract had a significant promotion effect on the growth of Tagetes erecta L..The plant height,biomass,and flower yield could reach more than twice that of water spraying.The application effect was close to or better than some foliar fertilizer products in the market.The higher concentration could inhibit the growth of Tagetes erecta L.,so the optimal dilution ratio was 600 times.If the sludge extract was further prepared into amino acid foliar fertilizer,which had better development and application prospects,and which could realize the resource utilization of sludge.
