Abstract:
Taking the three varieties of ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.1’, ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’ and ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.3’ as the test materials.The methods of quality determination were used to evaluate its appearance quality and internal quality.It provided a reference for the promotion of fine varieties of ‘Shushanggan Apricot’ on trees and the selection of main varieties in production.The results showed ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’ fruit was bigger, ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.3’ fruit was smaller, the fruit shape was most correct in exterior quality.Single fruit quality, kernel quality and kernel quality were influenced by variety factors, cultivation management and so on.Generally speaking, large fruit varieties had large kernels.Comparison of comprehensive nutritional quality of pulp,the value of the average membership function was expressed in order ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.1’> ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’> ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.3’.Comparison of almond nutrients, the value of the average membership function was expressed in order ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.1’> ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.3’> ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’.Among the three varieties of ‘Shushanggan Apricot’,‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’ had better appareance guality.The value of membership function of ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.1’ pulp and kernel was the highest in internal quality,the quality of comprehensive nutrition was the best.‘Shushanggan Apricot No.1’ and ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.2’ of ‘Shushanggan Apricot’ can be cultivated and popularized as the main varieties, ‘Shushanggan Apricot No.3’ can be planted as an inbred variety.
