Abstract:
One-year-old walnut seedlings were taken as experimental materials,through pot experiments,the effect of different forms of nitrogen on the growth of walnut seedlings was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific management of nitrogen in walnut seedlings.The results showed that different nitrogen form ratios significantly affected plant height,ground diameter,biomass and leaf chlorophyll content of walnut seedlings,and NH+4-N∶NO-3-N was 50∶50 to treat plant height and diameter of walnut seedlings.The biomass and leaf chlorophyll content were the highest.The growth index of single-form nitrogen treatment (NH+4-N/NO-3-N) walnut seedlings was lower than that of the two nitrogen forms,with the increase of NO-3-N ratio.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of walnut seedlings increased first and then decreased.The application of single-form nitrogen was not conducive to the growth of walnut seedlings.The nitrogen supplementation of walnut seedlings in production should be mixed with nitrate and ammonium nitrogen fertilizers according to the appropriate ratio.
