Abstract:
Taking ‘Yong Tian No.14’ melon as experiment material,greenhouse cultivation method was used,the effects of different fertilizer levels on the growth of melon seedling stage and fruit quality were explored.The results showed that the plots 4 of fertilization treatment were better to the leaf length,width,leaf area,dry and wet mass ratio and total chlorophyll content of leaves in the seedling stage of melon,this plots was treated with 2.5 kg biogas residue and 1 000 mL 50% biogas slurry as the base fertilizer,and sprayed 50% biogas slurry twice for treatment with 600 mL and 1 200 mL,respectively;and the plots 6 of fertilization treatment were better to fruit sugar degree,hardness,single fruit weight,fruit diameter and fruit shape index of melon,the plots was treated with 2.5 kg biogas residue and 1 000 mL 75% biogas slurry as the base fertilizer,and 600 mL and 1 200 mL 75% biogas slurry were sprayed twice for treatment,respectively.But the plots 7 of fertilizing treatment were optimal to vitamin C content of melon fruit,this plots was treated with 5.0 kg biogas residue and 1 000 mL 75% biogas slurry as the base fertilizer,and 1 200 mL and 2 400 mL 75% biogas slurry were sprayed twice,respectively.It was suggested that melon may had different requirements for fertilizer at different growth stages.
