Abstract:
Crude powder of Veratrum nigrum Linn was extracted by refluxing,ultrasonic and other methods,and the content of resveratrol in each single factor test was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.According to the content,response surface analysis was used to find the best extraction process.The antifungal effect of resveratrol on Alternaria panax was further determined by mycelial growth rate method,in order to explore the optimize extraction process of resveratrol from plant V.nigrum Linn,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of A.panax by plant extracts.The results showed that the EC50 value of V.nigrum Linn extract to A.panax was methanol extract
