Abstract:
In order to explore the suitable strawberry varieties for the main planting in Lanzhou New District,a comparison and screening test was conducted in greenhouses using 11 imported strawberry varieties as test materials.Single fruit quality,fruit hardness,soluble sugar,soluble solids,vitamin C and other indicators of each strawberry variety were studied.Through the analysis of the correlation between growth and quality indicators,in order to explore its internal mechanism,with a view to providing a reference for strawberry protected cultivation in Lanzhou New Area.The results showed that single fruit weight of ‘Xuelixiang’ was the highest,but there was no significant difference with ‘Zhangji’.The sugar-acid ratio of ‘ShengDanhong’ was the highest,the second was ‘Zhangji’,the ‘Yanli’ was the smallest,and the soluble solids content of ‘Zhangji’ reached 12.17%,but significant difference with ‘Xuelixiang’ ‘Sheng Danhong’ ‘Snow White’.Correlation analysis showed that the weight of single fruit was significantly positively correlated with soluble solids,soluble sugar and vitamin C.Soluble solids were significantly positively correlated with soluble sugar and vitamin C.Soluble sugar was positively correlated with vitamin C.Based on the indicators of comprehensive growth index,yield,soluble solids,vitamin C,sugar-acid ratio,etc.,through the weighted scores,the strawberry varieties ‘Xue Lixiang’‘Sheng Danhong’‘Zhangji’ ‘Ganlu’,which had certain promotion prospects,were selected as the main varieties,‘Snow White’ and ‘Hong Yan’ could be planted appropriately as an alternative variety.
