Abstract:
‘Zesheng 2’ is an improved varieties systematically breeding from seedling populations in Huize County of Yunnan.Its characteristics is dwarf,early bearing and high yield.It is suitable for horticultural cultivation.And it has the characteristic of avoiding late frost.Its nuts is big.Its single nut is 14.97 g weight.The shape of its nut is elliptical.The shape of its nut-base is round.The shape of its nut-top is acuminate-round.Its longitudinal diameter of nut is 4.00 cm.Its transverse diameter of nut is 4.19 cm.Its lateral diameter of nut is 3.52 cm.There is a lot of pockmarks on the surface of its nut.The surface of its nut is light colored.The suture is slightly protuberant and closely knit.The thickness of shell is 1.48 mm.The Inner fold wall is degraded.The diaphragm of its nut is paper material.The complete kernel is easy to take.The weight of kernel is 8.97 g.The kernel yield is 50%.The kernel is yellow white and fragrant.The fat content of kernel is 67.1%.The protein content of kernel is 17.6%.Its fruit maturity is mid September in Huize area.This improves varieties is passed the certification of Yunnan Forest Variety Examination and Approval Committee in December 2017(云R-SC-JS-027-2017).
