Abstract:
The content and distribution characteristics of mineral elements in different age tubers of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.were studied by Kjeldahl method and plasma emission spectrometry,so as to provide reference for artificial cultivation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua..The results showed that,1)Microelement Fe,Zn,Al,Sr and heavy metals Cu and Pb had enrichment benefits with increasing growth age,especially for Al and Pb elements,and there was no obvious change trend for a large number of elements;2)The content of macronules in different ages of tubers was the highest,the microelement of Al was the highest,and the heavy metals of Cu the highest;3)There was a significant positive correlation between Fe and Ca,Mg,Sr and Cu.There was a significant positive correlation between Fe and Al,Mg was positively correlated with Al and Pb,Cu was significantly positively correlated with Cu,and Sr was significantly positively correlated with Fe,Zn and Al.Significantly negatively correlated with K.This study could provide reference for artificial cultivation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
