Abstract:
The effects of grafting on the yield,quality,photosynthesis,rhizosphere microbes,verticillium wilt and disease index of the continuous cropping of high-yield areas of verticillium wilt were studied by using the grafting method.In order to verify the grafting technology in the high incidence area of verticillium wilt,the prevention and control effect of continuous cultivation of eggplant verticillium wilt.The results showed that grafting significantly promoted the growth of the plant in the middle and late stages of eggplant and enhanced photosynthesis.The eggplant height,stem diameter,development degree and yield of the eggplant grafted with ‘Red Eggplant’ (T2) were the highest,and the fruit traits and quality were the best;the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were the highest.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere of eggplant was the highest,and the number of fungi was the least.The incidence and disease index of the verticillium wilt was the lowest when using ‘Torubum’ grafting (T4).Therefore,in the high incidence area of verticillium wilt,grafting was a method to effectively prevent and control verticillium wilt.Using ‘Red Eggplant’ as a rootstock could reduce the incidence and disease index of verticillium wilt,while obtaining the maximum yield and the best quality.
