Abstract:
The coordinated development of agricultural productive services and the convergence development of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries is an objective requirement for achieving moderate scale operation of agriculture，increased agricultural efficiency and farmers′ income.And it is an important measure to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture，and also a necessary way to realize rural revitalization.Based on the connotation essence of agricultural productive service and the convergence development of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries，this study expounded their coupling mechanism and coordination mode.Further，this study constructed an evaluation system for agricultural productive service and the convergence development of primary，secondary and tertiary industries.Based on the statistical data of various regions in Heilongjiang Province in 2016，this study measured their coupling coordination degree by the entropy method and the coupled coordination model，and explored the distribution characteristics of the coordination degree in the provincial space.The results showed that the coupling and coordination degree between agricultural production services and the convergence development of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries in some regions of Heilongjiang Province was not high on the whole，and the development level of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries integration was slightly lower than that of agricultural production services.Finally，according to the empirical results，some policy suggestions were provided for government departments to improve the level of coupling and coordinated development between agricultural production services and rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries integration.
