Abstract:
On the basis of single factor,the optimization of the degradation of herbicide isoproturon by Pleurotus tuoliensis cultivating residue laccase using response surface methodology was investigated,in order to obtain the best reaction conditions.The results showed that temperature,pH and volume of reaction system were the three main factors affecting the degradation of isoproturon. The optimal conditions for isoproturon degradation was determined as follows,temperature 37 ℃,pH 6.8 and volume of the reaction system 5.0 mL.In a verification experiment,the average degradation rate of isoproturon was 78.09%,it was basically consistent with the predicted value,which proved that the model was feasible.
