Abstract:
Using the orthogonal experimental design method, the effects of different concentrations of IAA, IBA, NAA, as well as cutting medium such as fine sand, red soil and light matrix, on the cutting survival and rooting of myrtle were studied with the native plant myrtle as material. The results showed that rooting agent and its concentration and cutting medium had significant effects on the survival and root length of myrtle, but the difference in effects on rooting number was not obvious. The average survival rate was 77.3% after IBA treatment, up to 69.67% for the concentration of 300 mg?L-1, and 79.33% in red soil, and the cutting survival rate of combination No.4 of IBA 300 mg?L-1+red soil in experimental group was 84%, which was significantly higher than other combinations (P<0.05). In order to improve the cutting survial, this is worth applying for promotion. At the same time, proper shading, disinfection and moisturizing treatment help to promote cutting survival and rooting.
