Abstract:
The bird′s nest fungi is an important class of higher basidiomycetes,that has important economic and application value.Because of its medicinal value and the ability of its metabolites to inhibit plant diseases,in recent years some studies had been carried out at home and abroad on its morphology,biological characteristics,physiology,metabolites,fermentation engineering,and biological control.At present,with the continuous development of science and technology,however,more in-depth research on the bird′s nest bacteria is seriously lagging behind,such as the study of molecular biology,etc.,which needs to be further strengthened and has greater room for development.Based on the literature analysis at home and abroad,this paper summarized the research of the bird′s nest bacteria.Based on this,it was considered that in-depth research should be carried out on the screening and development of the bird′s nest bacteria,the function of secreting proteins,and the function of key metabolic enzymes.In order to lay a solid foundation for the further use of the bacteria.
