Abstract:
Six kinds of fresh JUNCAO (Pennisetum purpureum,Pennisetum giganteum,Miscanthus floridulus,Dicranopteris dichotoma,Neyraudia reynaudiana,Themeda gigantea) were used as test materials,the method of three-level system selection was applied to optimize the above six kinds of fresh JUNCAO.In order to obtain the best formula for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus by fresh JUNCAO.The results showed that the best formula for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus was Pennisetum purpureum 26%,Miscanthus floridulus 26%,Neyraudia reynaudiana 26%,bran 20%,lime 2%,moisture content 60%,and the C/N of this formula was 28.6∶1,the biological efficiency was 82.40%.The formula of fresh JUNCAO composed of fresh Pennisetum purpureum,Miscanthus floridulus and Neyraudia reynaudiana was suitable for cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.
