Abstract:
Two Brassica juncea mustard materials with leaf margin and leaf margin serration were used as materials,the F2 and BC1 segregating populations were constructed,the splicing traits of individual plants were investigated and qRT-PCR analysis of related genes was performed in order to clarify the inheritance of leaf margin traits of leaf mustard and provide theoretical basis for Brassica juncea breeding.The results showed that the leaf margin of the mustard leaf was controlled by a pair of dominant genes,and the gene was named BjLB (Leaf-lobe in Brassica juncea);qRT-PCR analysis showed that the expression level of [STBX]KNAT1[STBZ] gene in the leaf margin was higher than that of the leaf margin,and the other genes difference expressed in the two parents were not obvious,and it was speculated that the [STBX]KNAT1[STBZ] gene might be a candidate gene.
