Abstract:
‘Flame Seedless’ grape was taken as materials,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mg?L-1 BR was used for full tree in the young,expand and turn periods,at the same time with 50 mg?L-1 GA3 dip in cluster in the young and expand periods,not spray BR and used GA3 dip in cluster as comparison,its related physiological indicators were measured,in order to select a suitable BR concentration for increased the physiology characteristic index of ‘Flame Seedless’.The results showed that 0.6 mg?L-1 BR combined with 50 mg?L-1GA3 could improve ‘Flame Seedless’ grapes leaf chlorophyll content and proline content;0.4 mg?L-1BR and 0.6 mg?L-1 BR combined with 50 mg?L-1GA3 could reduce the cell membrane permeability;0.6 mg?L-1 BR combined with 50 mg?L-1GA3 could reduce malondialdehyde content.Through analysis,0.6 mg?L-1 BR combined with 50 mg?L-1GA3 could improve the resistance of turpan ‘Flame Seedless’ grapes.
