Abstract:
‘Jinyan No.4’ cucumber was taken as research object,AOS was taken as test material.Cucumber seedlings were treated with drought stress,and sprayed alginate oligosaccharide within ploymerization degree of 8-12 in differient periods(drought stress 7 days,14 days,21 days).By the determination of antioxidant enzymes activity and osmotic regulation substances content of cucumber seedlings,the physiological regulation effect of alginate oligosaccharide on cucumber drought resistance was explored.The results showed that under different periods of drought stress,alginate oligosaccharide could significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) and the content of free proline (Pro) in cucumber seedlings;on the seventh and fourteenth day of drought stress,the alginate oligosaccharide could significantly increase the content of the soluble protein (Pr),but on the twentieth day of stress,the impact on the Pr level was not significant;alginate oligosaccharide could significantly enhance the drought resistance of cucumber seedlings.
