Abstract:
‘Huan you 1’ kiwifruit was used as tested materials, the contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,other elements and physiological indexes in fruits and in leaves of nutrient branch and fruiting branch were determined. The relationship between mineral elements in leaves and fruit quality was studied in order to provide scientific basis for nutritional supplement during fruit development. The results showed that the total nitrogen content in both leaves decreased significantly, and the total phosphorus content in the leaves of nutrient branches increased sharply at first and then decreased sharply, while that in the leaves of fruiting branches increased first, then decreased and then increased. The total potassium contents of the two leaves decreased. The contents of total calcium and magnesium increased gradually, while the content of vitamin C decreased gradually with fruit development, and the fresh and dry weight of fruit increased gradually. The total acid content first increased steadily and then decreased continuously, and the total solid content increased.Total nitrogen content showed an increasing trend, total phosphorus and potassium content increased first and then decreased, total calcium content decreased significantly, total magnesium content changed little. There were significant or extremely significant negative correlations between total nitrogen, total potassium and nutrient indicators of fruits in the leaves of nutrient branches and fruiting branches.Mineral nutrients in nutrient branches and fruiting branches are mainly used for fruit construction. In a certain range,it was necessary to ensure that there were sufficient mineral elements in leaves during fruit development,so as to improve the size and quality of fruit. In terms of total solids content, the correlations between N,P,K and total solids content were different in different periods in the leaves.Ca content in two kinds of leaves was positively correlated with fresh fruit quality, dry matter content and total solids content, which indicated that increasing mineral element content in leaves could increase total solids content and promote fruit ripening.
