- Abstract:
- Resistant to root-knot nematodes ‘Xianchongjue 3’ and the scion variety of tomato ‘Noufan 1’ were used as test materials.The grafting survival rate,plant height,stem thickness,yield and qualities of tomatoes were investigated in different leaves of rootstock (by 1-5 leaves),in order to spply reforence for popularization of grafting of miscut with casing.The results indicated that three leaves of rootstock was the best reaction conditions,the grafting survival rate was the highest,reached 94.9%,the stem thickness was the best,reached 1.498 cm,yield increased by 30% compared with no grafting which was suitable for planting.
