Abstract:
Planting soil and Codonopsis pilosula plant in different planting patterns of Codonopsis pilosula in high altitude localities was studied as test material. The combination of field investigation and laboratory analysis was adopted. The content of planting soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen and available phosphorus under different planting patterns in high altitude area of Codonopsis pilosula, and the distribution characteristics of organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of different parts of Codonopsis pilosula in high altitude area under different planting patterns, the stoichiometric characteristics of C/N,C/P and N/P of soil and plant under different planting patterns were studied. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter was being crop rotation>relay intercropping>intercropping>single cropping, the content of soil total nitrogen was being intercropping>relay intercropping>crop rotation>single cropping, the content of soil total phosphorus was being crop rotation>intercropping>relay intercropping>single cropping, the content of soil available nitrogen was being crop rotation>relay intercropping>intercropping>single cropping, the content of soil available phosphorus relay intercropping>crop rotation>intercropping>single cropping. The content of organic matter in roots, stems and leaves was being crop rotation>intercropping>relay intercropping>single cropping, the content of total nitrogen in roots was being relay intercropping>intercropping>single cropping>crop rotation, the content of total nitrogen in stems was being intercropping>single cropping>crop rotation>relay intercropping, the content of total nitrogen in leaves was being intercropping>relay intercropping>single cropping>crop rotation. The content of total phosphorus in leaves was being intercropping>relay intercropping> single cropping>crop rotation, the content of total phosphorus in roots was being intercropping>relay intercropping>crop rotation>single cropping, the content of total phosphorus in stems was being single cropping>intercropping>crop rotation>relay intercropping. The soil C/N and C/P was being crop rotation>relay intercropping>single cropping>intercropping, the soil N/P was being relay intercropping>intercropping>single cropping>crop rotation, the leaves N/P was being single cropping>intercropping>relay intercropping>crop rotation. The soil fertility and nutrient supply ability of the 4 kinds of planting patterns were integrated, and the intercropping was first considered in the high altitude area of Codonopsis pilosula, followed by relay intercropping.
