Abstract:
Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape was used as experimental material.Three treatments were set,A:removes all leaves below the fruiting branch,B:keeps 1 leaf close to bunch,and C:removes leaves below fruiting branch the leaves without the petiole in verasion period.The influence of three treatments on grape berry quality at hightemperature and arid regions in Turpan region were studied,to provide reference for high technique quality for wine grape.The results showed that the three methods of picking leaves compared with the control (CK) had no significant effect on the single branch weight,branch maturity,soluble solid content,total sugar content and the titratable acid content.The single berry weight of the treatment B was the heaviest,and there was significant difference with the treatment A and CK.Compared with CK,the titratable acid content of the berry was significantly increased by three different treatments in maturation period.The comparison of the color showed that the color of the fruit of the treatment A was more dark red.The study suggested that the method of picking leaves close to one leaf of the branch was a suitable method for picking up the leaves of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape fruit under hightemperature and dry climate conditions in Turpan.
