Abstract:
Five strains of pathogens were obtained by using tissue isolation method in Chongqing,and the culture traits of the pathogens and the analysis of 18S rDNA gene and EF-1α gene were studied.The pH,temperature and light on the growth of pathogenic bacteria were studied by single factor experiment,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of broad bean brown spot disease.The results indicated that the pathogen could grow in pH from 2 to 11,while the optimal pH was 7.The pathogen could grow at 5-30 ℃,and 20 ℃was the most suitable for the mycelial growth.The mycelium stopped growth at 35 ℃;pathogen was not sensitive to light.
