- Abstract:
- In order to find substances that stabilize heavy metal elements in edible fungus cultivation, the method of bag cultivation was used to compare the stabilizing function of lime and gypsum mixture and phytic acid, lime, gypsum mixture on four heavy metals, namely Pb、As、Cd、Hg,in the cultivating process of Lentinula edodes and Flammulina velutipes. The results showed that under the heavy metal treatment, lime and gypsum mixture(lime 0.2%+gypsum 0.5%) could significantly eliminate the influence of Pb,As,Hg on Lentinula edodes mycelium in suitable mixture concentration. However, high concentration of lime and gypsum mixture could inhibit the growth of mycelium.Phytic acid, lime, gypsum mixture influences little on Flammulina velutipes.Via the regression analysis, the concentration of the mixtures kept a significantly linear relationship with the concentration of As,Cd,Hg in the fruiting body.In detail, with the concentration of lime and gypsum mixture increasing, the content of As,Hg in Lentinula edodes fruiting body was diminishing, but the content of Cd in the Lentinula edodes fruiting body increased. With the concentration of phytic acid, lime, gypsum mixture increasing, the content of Cd in Flammulina velutipes fruiting body increased.
