Abstract:
Forty wild Lentinus edodes strains were used as experimental materials,the genetic diversity were identified and analyzed by esterase isoenzyme zymogram and ISSR molecular marker technique.The results showed that fifteen distinct bands were detected by the esterase isozyme zymogram.Cluster analysis results showed the forty wild Letinous edodes strains were divided into seven groups at genetic similarity of 71%.Seventy-five distinct bands which ranged from 0.2 kb and 4.0 kb were detected by gel electrophoresis.Cluster analysis results showed the forty wild Letinous edodes strains were divided into seven groups at genetic similarity of 63%.This study had laid a foundation for the research on germplasm resources of wild strains of Lentinus edodes and breed domestication.
