Abstract:
Aiming at the soil continuous cropping obstacle of greenhouse tomato in Lhasa,pot experiments were conducted,adding 4 different microbial fertilizer on tomato continuous cropping soil,treatment effect of soil microbial fertilizer(F1,Lyushida root disease expert 0.1 g·pot-1;F2,Shenglyu soil bacteria clean 0.08 g·pot-1;F3,Aruisi 0.1 g·pot-1;F4,Weiduo compound microbial fertilizer 0.1 g·pot-1;CK1,uncovered soil near greenhouse;CK2,continuous cropping soil)on tomato in different periods of growth and defensive enzyme activity in tomato leaves were studied.The results showed that,4 kinds of microbial fertilizer could promote the growth of tomato continuous cropping in different degrees,the plant height,stem diameter,plant dry weight,leaf area of tomato treated with F1 were significantly higher than those of CK1 and CK2.The activities of POD,PPO and PAL increased first and then decreased,the POD activity of F2 treatment reached maximum at flowering and fruitⅠ,POD activity increased by 66.1% compared with CK1,and increased by 77.6% compared with CK2,the PPO activity of F3 reached maximum,PPO activity increased by 47.7% compared with CK1,and increased by 40.4% compared with CK2.The PAL activity of F3 treatment reached the maximum at the seedling stage II,the PAL activity of F3 treatment was 67.4% higher than that of CK1 and 59.8% higher than that of CK2.Overall,4 kinds of microbial fertilizer can enhance tomato resistance enzyme activity to varying degrees.
