Abstract:
In order to make clear the genetic differences and obtain molecular markers linked to target trait, two self-pruning cultivar tomatoes ‘GXF’ and ‘AXF’ with different inflorescence nodes were used as experimental materials to study the difference of inflorescence number, fruit characteristics and plant traits and detect the genetic diversity by designing SSR primers. Influence number, fruit characteristics and plant traits were detected by conventional method and 255 pairs of SSR primers were designed for polymorphism analysis. The results showed that the number of pruning inflorescence and plant height of ‘GXF’ were significantly higher than that of ‘AXF’, and there wsas no significant difference in leaf type, leaf shape, node spacing, fruit maturity, fruit color, fruit shape, fruit shape index, fruit hardness, soluble solids, and single-fruit weight between the two inbred lines, as well as 4 pairs of SSR primers were screened with polymorphism. There were significantly differences in pruning inflorescence number and plant height between the two self-pruning cultivar tomatoes and had little difference in other characteristics, and 4 SSR markers were obtained that associated with pruning inflorescences number.
