Abstract:
The effects of mixed salt stress with different concentrations on some physiological indexes in pot-cultured ‘America 22’‘Heritage’‘Autumn Bliss’‘Qiuping’ seedlings were studied,and the salt tolerance of the four raspberry varieties was comprehensively evaluated by using subordinate functions.The results demonstrated that with the increase of mixed salt concentration,the relative conductivity in the leaves of the four raspberry varieties all showed a gradually increasing trend.MDA content in the leaves of ‘Heritage’ presented a decreasing-increasing trend,while MDA contents in the leaves of the other three varieties were all significantly higher than their controls,respectively.SOD and POD activities in the leaves of the four raspberry varieties showed an alternating change,and the complementation between them reduced oxidative damage.Soluble sugar content in the leaves of all the raspberry varieties presented an overall increasing trend.Soluble protein contents in the leaves of ‘Heritage’ and ‘Qiuping’ showed an increasing-decreasing trend,while soluble protein contents in the leaves of ‘America 22’ and ‘Autumn Bliss’ were lower than their controls,respectively.Free proline content in the leaves of ‘Autumn Bliss’ and ‘Qiuping’ presented a significantly increasing trend,while free proline content in the leaves of ‘America 22’ and ‘Heritage’ showed a decrease at different degrees as compared with their controls,respectively.Chlorophyll content in the leaves of the four raspberry varieties all presented an increasing-decreasing trend.Subordinate function analysis revealed that the salt tolerance of the four raspberry varieties from strong to weak was ‘Qiuping’‘Autumn Bliss’‘Heritage’ and ‘America 22’.
