Abstract:
In order to investigate the ecological distribution regularity of AM fungi at the the Ulmus pumila var.sabulosa of Hunshadake Sandy Land, the correlation between soil factors as well as their functions in ecological restoration, and to fill up the gaps in AM fungi at the Ulmus pumila open forest in the Top Community of Hunshandake Sandy Land in China,in October 2016,the root and soil within 5-30 cm area of the Ulmus pumila were collected in the sample land of Hunshandake Sandy Land to test its soil nutrient content, enzyme activity,AM fungi infection rate and spore density and to study the distribution characteristics of Ulmus pumila AM fungi(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)at the Hunshadake Sandy Land in different sample sites and site types and the relationship between soil factors. The results showed that,1)AM fungi could form a good symbiotic relationship with Ulmus pumila, but its distribution had spatial heterogeneity, and the mycorrhizal structure was Paris-type.2)The average total infection rates of sample sites inlcuding Zhengxiangbai Banner,Zhenglan Banner and Hexigten Banner were 71.86%,79.94%,and 71.74%respectively.The average spore density was 3.99,7.02,1.90 pieces·g-1 respectively. The average spore density and total infection rate were Zhenglan Banner>Zhengxiangbai Banner>Hexigten Banner and hilly area>shady slope>sunny slope.3)The spore density and the total infection rate, content of glomalin which was easy to be extracted, the activities of alkaline phosphatase and catalase were positively correlated and it′s positively correlated with the content of total glomalin, and there was a significantly positive correlation between the total infection rate and the content of total glomalin, the activity of alkaline phosphatase, the activity of catalase.4)The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first and second principal component reached up to 65.663%.The soil factors in the first principal component which include the activity of catalase,EEG content, rapid available potassium content, organic carbon content and alkaline phosphatase activity played a major role in determining soil ecology. The above results showed that the symbiotic relationship between the Ulmus pumila of Hunshadake Sandy Land and AM fungi could be formed, and the infection rate had spatial heterogeneity with spore density and was closely related to soil nutrients, which were of great significance for further screening and inoculation of dominant AM fungi.
