Abstract:
Anthocyaninswereaclassofwater-solublenaturalpigmentswidelyfoundinplants,providingornamentalplantswithvariouspleasantcolors.Atthesametime,anthocyaninsalsohadantioxidantandanti-mutagenicphysiologicalfunctionsappliedinthedevelopmentofnaturalpigments,healthfoodandnaturalantioxidantsandsoon.Thisstudyreviewedthemethodsofseparationandextractionofanthocyaninsandtherelatedgenesandtheirmechanisminbiosyntheticpathway.Itfocusedonthestructuralgeneandregulatorygenesrelatedtoanthocyaninbiosynthesispathway.Theproblemsanddevelopmenttrendsoflilyanthocyaninwerealsoanalyzed.Thisstudyprovidedreferenceforthefuturedevelopmentoflilyanthocyaninanditsstudyonmolecularregulationmechanism.
