Abstract:
Peach fruit was used as the material to observe the tissue structure and ultrastructural characteristics of the fruit at different developmental stages.At the same time,there were not be observed plasmodesma between SE/CC structure and surrounding parenchyma cells in the phloem,which belonged to the symplastic isolation phenomenon,it concluded that the peach fruit sugar for apoplastic unloading the way.
