‘Changnong Caidou 5’ is breeded based on the change of plant type,with breeding target of high yield,high quality and strong resistance.Female plant ‘Kazakhstan Caidou 15’ is dwarf,‘Kazakhstan Caidou 16’ is trailing,by artificial sexual hybridization,two parents of good traits and good genes were aggregated,hybrid breeding was selected by the following five years and six generations.The plant growth is medium,with early growth period of 53-55 days,purple flowers,green pods,strip type,pod surface convex,shiny,average single pod weight of 17.6 g;the yield per hectare is 25 224.8 kg?hm-2,increased 15.3% than CK ‘Hayou 1’,with remarkable production capacity.The new variety have some advantages such as high quality,crude fiber,flesh,plump,drum taste fragrance,good appearance,resistant storage and transportation,resistance to anthracnose,rust,Fusarium wilt,which is suitable for planting in Jilin Province.
