Abstract:
Three pepper inbred lines(HXUY0912,HXUX1160,HXUX1123) were used as materials,the effect of NaCl stress of low,medium and high concentration (0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%) on pepper seed germination and seedling growth,the comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance were carried out by membership function method.The results showed that low concentration of salt stress performed significant inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth while it had different inhibition effect on three kinds of inbred lines with increasing salt concentration.Besides,apparently,there was a salt tolerance variation among these inbred lines.Therefore,in an overall conclusion,HXUY0912 performed the best salt tolerance under stress of lower concentration and HXUX1160 performed dully in response to the stress of medium concentration,moreover,it was found that HXUX1123 had a better adaptability to stress of various concentration.
