Abstract:
The root of strawberry infected by root rot was used as material,the strain was obtained by using the method of tissue isolation,and was identified based on the molecular biological technology,and the optimum growth conditions of mycelium were determined.At the same time,the inhibitory effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Y-48,Lh-1 and CM3 on the strain was studied by plate confrontation method,in order to supply references for root rot bacteria isolation and screening antagonistic bacteria.The results showed that the strain named that was identified as Botryosphaeria laricina by 18S rDNA sequence analysis.The temperature range for strain BL2016-6 growth was 20-30 ℃,with the optimum temperature at 25 ℃.The color of mycelial changed from white to gray,eventually turned black.In addition,the lethal temperature for mycelial growth was 70 ℃ for 20 minutes.The results of antibacterial test showed that the inhibitory effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Y-48,Lh-1 and CM3 on the strain BL2016-6 were 64.6%,62.2% and 57.9%,respectively.
