Abstract:
Six kinds of facilities nectarine varieties were used as test material,the sensory,physiological and nutritional quality of nectarine fruit were measured and the comparative analysis were carried on,in order to make clear which variety of nectarine was more suitable for planting in region of Aksu Hongqipo.The results showed that the most significant correlations among the 17 indicators were single fruit weight,the transverse diameter,the longitudinal diameter,soluble solids,soluble sugar,vitamin C and soluble pectin content.The characteriscits of ‘Rosy’ and ‘CPC 12’ were more stable and with higher quality than the others.So that they were more suitable for planting in region of Aksu Hongqipo.
