Abstract:
In order to prolong the storage and preservation time of Polygonum multiflorum, the intraday tender stems of Polygonum multiflorum (picked down the shoot tip (10±3) cm) were used as test material. In the first stage, the most optimum cling film and storage temperature for tender stem of Polygonum multiflorum were screened out by test (rotten rate, malondialdehyde and headspace gas were used as evaluation criteria). In the second stage, tender stem of Polygonum multiflorum was handled under the normal temperature with different concentrations of 1-MCP (0.25,0.50,0.75 μL?L-1).Untreated tender stem of Polygonum multiflorum was set as a contrast, regular random sampling under the temperature of (25±2) ℃ was used for measuring the relevant indicators. The results showed that using 1-MCP to handle coupling PE20 membrane placed under the condition of 1 ℃ to store the tender stem of Polygonum multiflorum, compared with the contrast,it was effective to reduce the respiration rate, ethylene release rate and rotten rate of Polygonum multiflorum stem, which could significantly delay the rise of the content of malondialdehyde (MDA),the content of crude fiber, the activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and the activity of peroxidase (POD) in the tender stem of Polygonum multiflorum, and could maintain chlorophyll, carotene, total flavonoids, vitamin B,vitamin C,titratable acidity and soluble solid content.Among them, the concentration of 1-MCP was the best at 0.50 μL?L-1.
