Abstract:
It is important for tomato seedlings technology to research cultivation in high temperature season,because environmental conditions with high temperature in summer and autumn was easy to cause moderate growth for tomato seedlings.Experiment with ‘Fenniya’ varieties as experimental material,the rhizosphere temperature(A),light intensity(B) and nutrient salt concentration(C) were selected as three factors,each factor set three levels respectively,using orthogonal experiment design,the effect of different treatment on tomato seedling for root activity,strong seedling index,hypocotyl length and average internode length were studied.The results showed that the most important factor for tomato seedling′s root activity,hypocotyl length and internode length was nutrient salt concentration.In terms of influence on seedling index,appropriate to reduce the substrate temperature and avoid excessive sunshade were conducive to cultivating strong seedling.Primarily determined that the affection of three factors for tomato seedling cultivation,factor C was the first one,factor B took the second place,the last one was factor C;screened out that the best condition for tomato hole tray seedling in summer and autumn was rhizosphere temperature range (3+1)℃,shading rate (50+5)%,EC value (5.0+0.5)mS?cm-1.
